Directions:

From LA

 

10 East to Indio 128 mi (about 1 hour 59 mins)

Take 86 south at "Spot29 Casino" to Salton City 38.0 mi (about 40 mins).

Turn right on S22 to "Borrego Springs" 24.4 mi (about 33 mins).

when you get to Borrego Springs the 22 will become Peg Leg RD when the power lines start.

slow down and look for the driveway on the right. (there are trees that hide it from view so keep you eyes open)

 

From SD

Best route for southern SD is 15 North to Mercy Rd/Scripps Poway parkway.

Go East 10.9 miles to ST Route 67 North.

Drive through Ramona where the road changes into Highway 78.

At Santa Ysabel (about 25 miles) turn Left onto ST Route 79.

At 11.9 Miles turn right on to County S2, San Felipe Rd.

At 4.5 miles turn left onty County S22, Montezuma Valley rd.

At 15 miles turn right onto Palm Canyon drive,

Proceed through town, Go through the circle and follow the signs to Salton Seaway.

Most important: Pick where you will park and roll into that spot with minimal use of your brakes.
